We had listed with one of the Valley's biggest realty experts, and had exactly no results, except suggestions to lower our price;
We cancelled that company and decided to wait to re-list;

We used Tony Allen to sell our home in Nampa, ID. Ironically enough Tony found us via a cold call and that relationship has flourished since. I own the home from out-of-state, so finding someone that I could trust was difficult to do. However, Tony made the process easy, seamless and knowing I had angst about not being local, he made sure to inform me every step of the way and really went above and beyond the normal realtor responsibilities to make sure the home was sold and in a timely manner.
